"Ok, but not what I expected"

For the most part, the room was clean. Towels were replaced daily. There wasn't a lot of noise. Beds were comfortable.

I booked my room 6 months in advance. My credit card was charged two days prior to our arrival. When we got there we were told that our room was not available - not that it wasn't ready, but that someone else occupied the handicap accessible room I booked. We were given another room and we managed to make do with it. The TV remote was sticky from the duct tape used to hold it together.
