Mainstay Suites Ocean City West

Very nice place, clean, accepts pets and we travelled with 2 dogs

The room was nice but we requested them to unclog the bathroom sink and they never came to do it. Also, the faucet in the shower seemed to be backwards. If you put it where it was supposed to be hot water, it came out cold and vice versa. But overall, it was a fine stay.

We were assigned to room but there are so loud noise in our next room including loud talking and baby crying. We could not able to fall asleep. This is terrible hotel.

The breakfast has to be a little bit better

Had a very relaxed and nice time. I will definitely book again in the future.

We chose to stay here for a cheer competition after having a terrible experience at another hotel last year. Our time here was so enjoyable that we decided to return for this year's event. We typically book rooms on the main stay side because of the kitchenette area and the slightly larger rooms, which provide the extra space we need to get ready for the competition. My only concerns were that the toilet wasn't completely clean and the pillowcases had an unpleasant smell, but housekeeping promptly changed them out. I usually sanitize the rooms myself at any hotel my family stays in. Aside from that, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back next year for the competition!

Our stay was good. It was a very clean facility both the room and the common spaces. The only negative on the room is that someone had a dog next door to us that barked until he settled down at night. The free breakfast was not good. The coffee was weak. The eggs didn’t appear to be real and there was no butter for the muffins. I looked around to find someone to get more butter and they were always busy helping someone else or getting things for the kitchen . I’m glad I was only staying for one night.

The hotel was nice but had bugs and roaches in the rooms I had to get transferred to another room because the tool they have is was so nasty the shower looked like it was never cleaned and the main floor smell like cigarettes and piss I don’t recommend stay here.

The staff and facility were excellent. We greatly appreciated. The on point recommendations of places to eat!

I loved my stay here. I wish the breakfast was longer but besides that, the staff were so nice and accommodating. It was super clean and had good kitchen ware.
