Mainstay Suites Ocean City West

I enjoyed most of my stay there other than the dining staff at breakfast.

Good service, but poor cleaning. All the dishes were dirty and there was hair in the towels.

They gave us a handicap room, we didn’t ask for that room but none the less it was a very comfortable stay

Clean, staff friendly BUT…..VERY disappointed that your breakfast service ran from 6:00 to 9:30. With that being said, as a guest, all that is being offered for breakfast SHOULD be available up until 9:30…not starting to be cleaned up at 9:00 in order to be cleaned up by 9:30!! So a guest coming down for bfast at 9:15 should have a ALL food choices available

The hotel was great and so was the location. My only complaint is that they claim to be pet friendly but they definitely aren't. Our fur baby always travels with us and I've never had an issue. He is a senior dog and we were told that he could not use the elevator. There was a sign on each elevator saying no pets. When I asked about this I was told that it was because people have allergies. You would think that if you are allergic to animals you would not stay at a "pet friendly" hotel. And did I mention that I was charged a fee for him to stay with us. I will definitely never go back to this hotel if they continue to implement this policy.

Our room was nice and clean. Very minimal cable channels which was disappointing at the end of the night trying to wind down. Bathroom was a decent size. Overall a very decent hotel. We would stay there again.

Mainstay rooms are big and love the kitchen space. Theresa is an amazing employee who accommodated our breakfast efficiently. I enjoy speaking to her anytime I book a stay.
