1. Red flag 1- no front desk, had to stand outside and speak through a window to staff 2. Room door had been kicked in and was repaired poorly so security was non existent, outside entrance 3. Bed linens were disgusting, stained, and had holes in them 4. There were feces stains on the restroom wall 5. There were fire ants crawling in front of the door and huge mounds on the sidewalk directly in front of room. Staff walked by and ignored 6. The ad stated "garden view". The view was a weeded and grown up back yard area. The window was a cheap mobile home window with only a towel for a curtain 7. The smell of the room was horrible. Smelled of marijuana and stale cigarettes 8. I could not make myself sit, much less, sleep in the bed. There were dead ants under the filthy mattress 9. This facility makes a Roach motel look like a five star resort 10. I did not spend the night at the room. I found other lodging. Staff declined refund, as noted on the handwritten sign stating no refunds. Red flag there too 11. Why woul Booking.com promote this disgusting property? Why would budget in allow them to carry their name?? 12. Not a family friendly, safe or remotely clean facility. If I could rate in the negative numbers I would 13. Parking lot was like a mine field, not one smooth inch of pavement. Beware of your vehicle alignment 14. No phone or clock in room 15. There was at least 2 inches of sunlight coming through the bottom of door, leaving plenty of room for mice, snakes,etc to enter. No thank you. Totally disappointed and unless budget inn or booking make redemption, I will never use booking again. Please remove this property from your site so no one else goes through the disgust that I did. I had to shower when I reached my destination hotel for the evening I felt filthy just from standing in that room. Thank you for your attention and I hope you can rectify my horrible experience.

I didn't like that there were no dresser drawers no iron ironing board no hangers never been in a motel without these conveniences all I had was a room with a bed TV refrigerate microwave I lived out of my suitcase I'm so glad it was on your weekend I will never stay there again

USThe room had less than desirable linens. Holes in them, but then again, that is because of the clients from before. Good food options. Bed was amazing. Internet WiFi was good. Access could be better, but construction and road crews are soon to fix it.
Price is great. People are friendly.
