Bed sheets and pillow cases stained, and cigarette burns, no towels, dirty pillow case used for a curtain in the bathroom, door didn’t lock properly, some bugs, generally in poor condition

Guy at the front desk was very rude. I went to tell him the tv did not work and he came to the room realized it didn’t work and said “oh well” refused to switch our room or do anything about it and said “if you don’t like it leave”. Horrible attitude. The place is run down, stinks, and overall gross.
USSince we arrived, we knew something was wrong: the receptionist was asleep on a pile of dirty towels and greeted us with a growl. The key was a rusty hook and the room had a panoramic view of a wall full of graffiti that said "Run while you can." When we opened the door, a strange smell of musty, instant soup and despair welcomed us. The bed seemed to have been used by Roman gladiators, the mattress had the firmness of a wet tortilla, and the sheets... well, let's say they had a life of their own. The bathroom was an almost mystical experience: the water came out of its own free will (sometimes cold, sometimes boiling), and the toilet made a noise as if it summoned demons every time you used it. The continental breakfast consisted of a slice of stale bread and an envelope of sugar. There was no coffee. THERE WAS NO COFFEE. The only positive thing: we survived.

I came late around 2AM just to get rest, ended up waking up at 6
