USUSThe office was closed I can’t get check in
USThere was no reception upon arrival so I had to wait till someone’s arrived to be checked in. The receptionist is not always in the office of the building .
USThe lobby was closed at 6:42pm when I tried to check-in. I called the emergency number posted on the lobby door and the person who answered was impolite and did not seem to care at all. Advised me to handle it with the 3rd party.
