Meridian Inn

The bedspreads had burn holes the lamp was broken the toilet and bathtub was filthy. I have photos. I want my money back

I want my money back. It also said that my card was rejected. I payed cash and I have the receipt to pay rice it

Please beware this is a scam hotel designed to make money without having toncare for guests. The room was nothing like the picture. We rented this room, and having noticed the pictures, thought it looked inviting. We asked for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, we noticed there were no vehicles in sight. I paid for the room and, upon entering the room, could smell faint cigarette smoke, which didn't nother me, but my pregnant wife has a very sensitive smell. We knew the booking stated the cost to cancel would be one night stay at the hotel, and being on a budget, we decided to try to make it work. We set up a fan and tried to get the smell out. The top covers of the bed were stained, so my wife removed them and the secondary cover to get comfortable and placed them on the sticky carpet so our 1 year old daughter could walk on them instead of the sticky floor. After she laid down, she noticed the pillows did not smell good. The ceiling and parts of the wall needed fixing. The bathroom was not up to date, like the picture showed. The bathtub was old and stained. We left to get a bite to eat and decided while we were gone to at least try to get another room when we got back. After we returned, I remade the bed, finding crumbs from previous visitors in the covers. We went to the front desk to inform them that we could not stay in that room, especially since we requested non-smoking, and it smelled of smoke. We were notified then of their one hour policy, which is understandable, and after talking with the front desk for about 8 minutes, we decided to just leave.

There were roaches and it was extremely dirty. The hotel front desk man refused to give us a refund because we didn't see the roach or complain until an hour and it had to be within thirty minutes. We also had to take a picture to show him even though we packed our stuff and got back in the car to go to the front desk.

Nothing. First of all it says Meridian Inn online and the pictures does not match the property when i finally found it. The name is actually Days Inn,not Meridian Inn. When I got out the car I smelled urine,and it was paper all over the ground. It looked like people live there,and it just was not safe. The rooms were horrible. I did not check in. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

It was filthy dirty. It was dangerous with metal bars jetting out from the bottom of the bed.

Didn’t work Screws in the carpet Holes in the cover Mold on the a/c and window 1/2 roll of toilet paper No towels No soap No shampoo When we did get towels we was only allowed 3 to use for bath and pool. No ice ( both ice machines was torn apart) Working on a room on top of our at 3:30 am. Betting and banging on things. It’s a run down motel that they are working on while trying to rip ppl off. What should have cost me $169 ended up costing me $240. $60 extra that I didn’t have. He charged $20 to my card that I didn’t authorize. I reserved 2 joining rooms I got 2 single rooms 5 rooms apart. Then he charged me an extra $20 for each adult over 1 and a child in a room. So I had 4 ppl in each room he charged me $60 extra.

The man who checked us in was great. Their system was down, but he was able to work around it and get us right to a room.

The motel is older and looked abandoned. The room was fine, but the area didn't seem great. Overall, we were comfortable and it was clean.
