The pool was nice and the guy was nice to

The toilet flooded and the bed was hard I couldn’t sleep, and my sheets had a burnt mark.

We didn’t like anything about this hotel.

We didn’t like the location, we didn’t like the fact that loud music was playing from about 11:00 till midnight, roach crawled across the floor, beds made my back hurt, holes in the walls, and felt like we were on edge all night because it was that sketchy of a place. Do not stay here!

I liked that I actually got my money back and didn’t stay here

It was filthy dirty and there were cockroaches

Could not find the hotel with your terrible directions. Never stayed there. I need a refund!

I thought the staff was very friendly but could use better breakfast options

Breakfast was okay.

There was no sign indicating we were at the right place. There was one individual there who checked me in. Everything was filthy in the room. The table and night stands were sticky. The refrigerator was not cold. The bathroom was dirty. No tissues in the tissue holder. Very thin towels. The breakfast area had all kinds of bugs and debris on the window sill. The pool looked nice. The place was generally run down.
