It suck no heat in the room cold all night long

We were put in 4 different rooms. The door did not work for the first two rooms. The third room had a pipe coming out of the wall in the shower with no shower head, a toilet covered in urine and hair, and trash all in the carpet. Pictures are included in the room we had to settle for. I asked for a refund and was told that a manager was not onsite to give a refund. We were given a single king bed when we booked two double beds. The customer service was terrible and the breakfast was stale. As someone that had a kid with them and was 8 months pregnant, this was not acceptable. Typically, I do not leave reviews but I would like to save someone else from having to go through the same distress I went through.

It was disgusting, but I was too tired to cha nge hotels.

I can't think of 1 thing I liked about this place we ha e stayed at alot of different hotels and this one is the worst

Stains on the mattresses half the lights didn't work stains and broken chairs and table and the showers did t drain they almost over flowed taking a shower
