Was thrilled with this Hotel. Absolutely beautiful. Staff was great. Hotel bar in the steakhouse was amazing. Bartender who was newer to bartending was friendly, engaging and made some mean martinis. Would definitely go back!

USThe facilities were high quality and comfortable. A well-appointed bathroom and comfortable bed and linens. The balcony was nice.
The check-in was terrible. When I arrived, the reception person, Deb, had difficulty finding my reservation. When I expressed that I had made the reservation two months ago through Booking.com, she said she would look again before I "had a cow." She did find it, but then I had to prove that I paid for breakfast when I booked. When we went to breakfast the next morning, we were seated, ordered coffee, and never saw someone for over 15 minutes. We left. If a hotel wants to be a high-level establishment, it must do better.
Everyone is so nice!! The hotel is beautiful, especially all the little touches. They did an amazing job!!! Will be back!!
