The water had very low pressure in the bathroom and took a long time to heat. The mattress was very thin. No attendant at the desk after 4pm.
USCoffee only, no breakfast. No housekeeping during stay. Terrible water pressure from bathroom faucet. I used wheel boots to secure my cargo trailer in the parking lot. I had 2 very expensive motorcycles inside and wanted extra security. I was told I needed to remove the wheel boots because it made other guests nervous. This was not stated in any of the rules or regulations for the facility. When I checked out a day early because of this I was not offered a refund. I will NEVER stay at a Woodspring facility again!

The room wasnât clean the bed was horrible couldnât even take a shower and we checked out at 3 am
USUSYour facility was clean, the problem was your bed was only 10" off the floor and only the mattress was on top of a flat board and no box spring. I didn't see that in our photos when visiting the web site for handicap rooms. Plus when we arrived many rooms had their windows open and just felt the place wasn't what you had posted on your site. I apologize for this comment, but is seem like a low income housing project back in Chicago.
