Everything need to be upgraded. The towels were not clean. After 8 no one is at the front desk.

The front desk was closed when I got there at 630pm. A note instructed me to dial ext. 500 from.house phone. No one answered. There was another man who had arrived before I did and he called also with no response. Dialed ext. 500 many times, no response. I found a card for corporate customer service and called. Was on the phone with them for 15 min. While they tried to call the on site manager. She eventually showed up and checked the man in in and then myself. Total wait time about 1/2 hour. Manager stated "phones weren't working" but you could here the phone ringing in the distant with each call. Extremely poor customer service. Room was ok, but, really, no shampoo provided??? Room had kitchen area, but not one plate or glass??? All in all, I will never stay at a woodsping motel again. I chose it because I'm traveling with my dog, and it is dog friendly (with a fee). There are other dog friendly motels that I've stayed at, at a comparable price, that i will choose. Never again.
