USKept clean at all times , security is great and staffs are helpful and managers too. If I have any questions or concerns they quickly help me with it. I saw positive attitude from all the staffs and managers.

On 8/16/25, I was wrongfully removed from the facility and placed on trespassing after another guest disputed being charged double on an issue from last year. I had no involvement in that situation, yet I was publicly humiliated when police were called to escort me out. This was extremely unprofessional and unjust, especially considering I had already paid for a full weekâs stay. I was deprived of services I lawfully paid for and subjected to unnecessary embarrassment in front of other guests. I intend to pursue legal action regarding this matter.
