Well it was close to the freeway

Noisy, unsafe neighborhoods, homeless in the area. Big size room . Location was close proximity to our event but area wasn’t great. Good price but I don’t think I’ll return to this neighborhood for safety issues.

The room furnishings were as expected. It seemed to be in the process of upgrading the sink, vanity, microwave oven and television. The bed was very low to the ground and super uncomfortable. My wife and I woke up several times with low back pain. Pretty bad pain in the morning. Too thin of blankets for time of year.

Check in is at 3pm and room wasn’t ready til 420 which was a bummer after traveling almost 6 hours. And no manager on site to talk to, we stayed because we were visiting family in the hospital close by or else I would have gone somewhere else we were tired and my mom is handicap so she needed to rest. They could have offered a discount or money back or just another room.

Location isn't in the cleanest or safest. It seemed some people lived there long term. Lots of arguments outside, and even though room was non-smoking it smelled strongly like cigarettes'. We bought a scented candle to mask some of the smell. Only positive was that across the street there was street vendors so it was easy to grab dinner and breakfast if you wanted some authentic Mexican food. They also do have a security guard on premises at night. Room condition was ok, but not nice. I think that the rating on the site is higher then it should be.

Gave me a handicap room with a horrible smell. I complained and they said I don’t know why they gave you this room and then they gave us a room with mold in the bathroom.
