Sink leaked in the bathroom and the phone didn't work. When the remote to the TV didn't work, since the phone wasn't working either, after walking down the 3 flights of stairs, the clerk was unhelpful. It looked clean enough, but the little things were all just off.

Room is clean

Rooms are overpriced, pool was closed, no shampoo/conditioner. The area was not great either. Stay elsewhere if you can.

Good for one night. A little noisy from adjacent room and right next to freeway, but clean with all the essential facilities.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were in town for a family party and based on the rating we decided on this hotel....there rating should be a 2. Theres a security at check-in but Im not sure what hes job duties entail. We checked in pretty late but at 2am there was a group of people outside just talking outside our room with no respect for others. I had to ask them to be quite and take into consideration it is late and people are sleeping. Again at 4am there was another 2 women outside our room talking and my husband had to tell them to please refrain from talking outside. Again not sure why theres security if you as a guest in the hotel have to play security. Then to top it off at 9am there was a man outside with a leaf blower so called cleaning the property but it was more than obvious it was to wake up people to make sure they check out on time because the leaf blower was being used outside the rooms and not the actual hotel. AGAIN NEVER EVER would I recommend staying here!

Estuvimos 14 días en la 302, con la carretera en frente mucho ruido. Alrededor hay cafeterías y de todo para comer o comprar. Aconsejo coche de alquiler y tendrá fácil acceso a cualquier lado. Las chicas de la limpieza inmejorables. Parking gratuito. Las habitación estaba bien, buenas camas. Volvería.
