The vibe and the location. The decor was lovely and loved the fact that a bike rental shop was attached and the fact that it was super walkable to all the fun spots in Bentonville.

It was beautiful and my daughter really loved the bed above the bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great vibe and location! Very new and clean

The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the center of town with lots of eateries and shops.

The rooms weren't just small they were tiny and with no open space between the toilet and the room or shower. Very unconventional and not adequate for more than one person. Parking was at your own risk in public parking or a pay valet service.

Very trendy and cool hotel. The staff are great. As I was checking out I wasn’t feeling well. My stomach was performing flip flops from a probably questionable meal as I was out and about in Bentonville. Philip was extremely helpful and personally offered some Imodium to help me out. He is a rock star! I can’t tell you how much he made my very long flight home easier. Thanks again Philip. Because of you, I will be back. Great service.

Rooms are quite small.

Decor, particularly in lobby area was fantastic. Truly a place to linger, unlike many lobbies where you want to pass thru as quickly as possible. Staff was excellent. Japanese restaurant on premises was fabulous though pricey. As good as any Japanese food in our home town of Seattle. Many other restaurants within walking distance nearby. Location near main street and access to Crystal Bridges was perfect. Free parking nearby.

In the triple room we had was had, the single bed was a bunk placed perpendicular above the queen bed. We knew that going in. It was fine--and necessary given the size of room--but it may not suit some guests.
