The sheets were so low, only came up to your waist. Had to pull sheet out that was tucked in to lengthen sheet so that it will cover your body.

Eco-friendly concept at the expense of guest comfort. I was here for business and seriously considered leaving in the middle of my first night to stay elsewhere. My tiny room never got cool enough to sleep. The other reviews cover the small room size, lack of basic amenities and noise. My question is why? There's still plenty of space to have built a decent, standard hotel with basic comforts. I'll stay elsewhere.

Beautiful place, lovely and tasteful decor. I personally enjoy the larger common spaces where people can chill and do work. Comfortable bed. The best part was the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of.

There's no breakfast at all, just coffee in the morning (I don't drink coffee). Their in-house cafe is great, but we don't get any credits with our room to use against getting breakfast there neither. The rooms are reeeeeally small; they're fashioned after Japanese hotels, but the Japanese hotels I stayed in were still bigger.

Lobby smelled from all the carryout food. Rooms tiny. No drawers to unpack in. Staff was unknowledgeable about area. Limited tv channels. Had to walk to 21c to go to Crystal bridges and valet had no idea what we were talk ing about. For the price we should have stayed elsewhere

Great hotel—comfy bed, convenient location, and wonderful onsite dining options. My one criticism is there is no in-room coffee maker.

I ablosutely loved this hotel. I arrived hours earlier for check in and the kindly allowed me to do it earlier. The place as very clean and the staff took the time to explain where I could find something to eat. The coffee shop in the hotel has amazing Chai tee. It was my first time in Arkansas and I will definitely be coming back and staying at the same place. The location was perfect for me. I didn’t want to rent a car so I was able to walk everywhere.
