Beautiful hotel, great amenities and location!

Great hotel in convenient location to downtown Bentonville

This hotel isn't quite what it seems. Its more like staying in a small RV with a restaurant attached. It is an upscale Hilton property and the staff is amazing, but I'm not sure why anyone would choose to stay here outside of the bicycle storage. The rooms are extremely small. The shower door opens right into the room and there is another door that contains the toilet that also opens into the room. The toilet "closet" is so small that if you are over 6' tall you almost can't sit on the toilet and close the door. Very romantic. The room has a piece of wood that folds down in front of the TV. You then sit on the bed to work. This makes team video calls very awkward.....which is probably why after 9AM the lobby is completely full of people working on their laptops and going over quarterly reports with no privacy. All around bad. We knew it wasn't going to be good when the staff told us at check in that the rooms had everything we needed, but no coffee or ironing board, or closet........It was like they had received so many complaints about the rooms that they have to tell you ahead of time. They should make the description of the rooms more clear. I can't think of a reason to stay here. Its in a good spot, but there are other places close by. The staff was great but the concept of the hotel is just really, really bad. Cram as many rooms as possible into a property and ensure there is no place for guests to relax. If you are looking for an uncomfortable, overpriced place to stay that is bad for business travelers and families alike, this is your place!
