Motto By Hilton Bentonville Downtown

This hotel is in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas very close to the town square. The location and the bar are about all it has going for it, and you can visit the bar without having to stay here. The rooms are comically small and it’s very noisy; I had to move the trash cans to a corner of the room so I could get past the bad freely, for example. Clearly, you’re not supposed to spend any time in the room because it’s virtually impossible to do so. No closet and the desk is a fold down piece of wood with no chair so you have to sit on the end of the bed, stretch your legs out to support your computer and let it rest on the piece of wood that’s about a foot away. That forces you to work downstairs in the lobby, which is all crowded because everyone is in the same situation, and people trying to conduct work that either requires confidentiality or concentration and are able to achieve neither. No ironing board, although it seems the vast, vast majority of guests are business people visiting Wal-Mart. Bizarre. Fitness center is small, especially given that this is supposed to be a very fitness oriented community, and has no elliptical and is otherwise moderately equipped. $5.50 for basic coffee in the morning, with no coffee in the room. Finally, a full-length mirror has been placed on the wall near the head of the bed, which means that if you wake up facing that direction, you see yourself in bed. Very weird. Currently not enjoying my first and last stay here.

The bike shop in the hotel was excellent. They worked fast and for reasonable price.

The hotel was fantastic. The restaurant/bar/ coffee shop were the chefs kiss.

I had a fantastic, first-time experience at this hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly chatty and helpful (as I asked about good area restaurants). He also followed up with me each time I returned to see where I had visited. I love the water station by the elevators...so much better than bottles. The main hotel area has a ton of seating areas as the rooms are small so you wouldn't want to spend the day sitting in one! My son and I ate at the restaurant bar two nights in a row because the edamame and fried rice were so good! The bartenders/staff were great. My room was small, clean and well appointed. I was very impressed by the utilization of space! The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the pillows so much that I asked where I could buy them. I can understand the comments about noise because the rooms are narrow so you are kind of living wall to wall. I wear Ozlo Sleepbuds (and should be a brand ambassador I love them so much...check them out...live changing for snoring partners/hotels/light sleepers). Anyway, sound is never an issue for me. Overall, I look forward to staying here again. The location is perfection.

The hotel is lobby and restaurants are beautiful and top notch. The room. while small was very comfortable. Also, it is very convenient being in the middle of Bentonville. Many staff (servers, house keeping, valet) were courteous and helpful, but the same can not be said about the hotel desk staff. The desk staff do not provide a pleasant experience for guests. When checking in they do not greet guests, they just stay at their computer until you approach them and ask for help. They then act like they are inconvenienced and annoyed that they have to do their job when working with you. They made no attempt to provide any type of service other than the minimum of what they had to do. For the type of hotel and location this was very disappointing especially for Bentonville.

The location is great if you want to be in downtown Bentonville. Very walkable. The restaurant downstairs and bar are also extremely nice and yummy. I was only here for one night but the staff were very helpful. There is a free parking garage directly across the street.

The hotel is one of many mid-tier Hilton hotels that appear to be luxurious but theyre mostly built as cheap as possible and its apparent when youre in the rooms. Overall its a nice hotel with a good location and restaurant but be prepared for paper thin walls and questionable room layouts.

Beautifully appointed modern hotel with a boutique personalized feel. Lobby was super comfortable, classy and sophisticated. Great for work collaborations and overall excellent vibe. Bike shop attached making it convenient and bicycles available for use as well. Rooms were small but thoughtfully designed. Grab and go and premade items at the cafe should be available for purchase regardless of time.
