Motto By Hilton Bentonville Downtown

We had a queen and twin loft room, the hand rail was kinda awkward to reach and get up with just having one up on the wall. Maybe one in the opposite side could have made it easier to get up.

Great stay!

Loved the Motto! The sparking water fountain in the lobby was worth the whole stay to me. Cool vibes, clean, comfortable and close to everything Bentonville. Loved the bike storage and ability to store our luggage a little longer after check out.

Interesting Japanese themed rooms. Small, but we aren't in Japan. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find, close to elevator. Room had what was necessary

Shower and bathroom were a little small. Not much buffer if one needs some privacy . Having actually spent time in Japan I get it. But would like a little more room for just not feeling like every move was calculated.

Very clean rooms but very small. Cramped is a word I'd choose. I get the concept but the rooms are too small for my liking. The bed was pretty comfortable, loved the lit headboard. I wasn't fond of the only sink in the room being in the kitchen/bedroom. Clean, and new are nice, but too small. I really appreciated the bicycle valet, that was huge. Made staying there doable. I would probably stay there again because of location.

How much does location mean to you? The location is ideal. 1-2 blocks from downtown Bentonville shops and restaurants. The hotel is new. The lobby and lighting make it an inviting entrance. It has details and touches to feel boutique on the surface. BUT, they gaslight you with saying it is a “European” model which means the rooms are exceptionally small (meaning: Hilton can pack more into the space and maximize profit). You have toilet and shower stalls that are less than 36”x36” each and will be a hard fit for most American bodies. Very claustrophobic. Those are less than 3 feet from your bed and create zero privacy. The room doesn’t have enough room for bedside tables. There are not basic amenities like coffee— but u can pay $10 in the lobby for it. They even go so far to say that the rooms are small so you are “encouraged” to explore the “electric” downtown more. 😂😂 I didn’t buy into the gaslighting and won’t be back.

It was fine. Nice hotel and service. The rooms are small and comfortable enough. Bed could be a little more comfortable but OK. My big issue is with the air conditioning. The aircon is set at 65 in the rooms which is far too cold. It’s also rather loud yet any attempt to increase the temperature or simply switch the aircon off is overridden after a certain amount of time (an hour maybe) and the settings out back to 65. It just means that as much as I wanted to enjoy the room, I couldn’t. Not everyone likes being freezing cold in their room but apparently Hilton thinks they do

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable, good location, good price. Went for the weekend to visit family and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Lovely hotel, just a block from the town square (which “rocks” on the first Friday). New hotel, very nice comfortable rooms. Great lobby (not see so many LP records since the days of the “record store”, and they have a player (with speakers available). Pet friendly hotel, saw a couple of guest dogs.
