Sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich aber inkompetent

Es wurde einfach vom Kreditkartenblock noch zusätzlich etwas abgezogen, obwohl mit Booking ein anderer Preis vereinbart war, wurde mehr berechnet, die Mitarbeiter haben die ganze Zeit gesagt das wäre ein Fehler und es wird nicht zu viel berechnet werden- war gelogen. Lage ist sehr schlecht.

Wonderful breakfast assortment

We were told there would be no charge for the reservation and we could pay upon arrival. When we got there, they had already charged us instantly and it would be 3-5 days for the refund on that card. Same thing for the $100 incidental fee. The staff member was just no helpful at all

The location and the breakfast lady was really nice.

The smell of cigarettes and weed throughout. It was dirty like what I imagine a Crack motel to be. Dirty boots in the hallways, super gross people. I would never stay here again no matter the price.
