Best Western Buffalo Inn & Suites

I have not received my receipt or refund of my deposit yet. Super expensive and super unprofessional, bad location.

Breakfast

ok

The updates to the paint, carpeting and finishes. Also, the breakfast was better than average.

Missing soap in our bathroom, shower floor being wet upon arrival seemed unprofessional. Toilet paper holder have been ripped off the wall bathroom door have been severely gouged and not repaired and painted.

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmergröße gut. Badezimmer ausreichend groß!

Größere Hühnchenreste auf dem Teppich des Hotelflurs wurden vom Reinigungspersonal nicht weiter beachtet. Teppich im Zimmer wirkte abgewohnt. Frühstück auf Papptellern mit Plastikgeschirr ist in den USA zwar offensichtlich normal, wir fanden es trotzdem nicht schön! Die Auswahl war auch sehr eingeschränkt! Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr schwach! Preis-Leistung ist eher grenzwertig!

Very clean very complicated

Big double charge me for my room they charged me $605 for three nights charge me 230 some dollars for every night. I was there $157 security deposit to me. This is bullshit. I cannot touch my money for probably two weeks or until y’all decide to send it back. This is not right this is illegal I feel y’all stole my money if I can’t use it and you have it you have sold.

Positive were the cleanliness of the room and location. Staff was also nice. The breakfast is awesome, buffet style will more than muffins and bagels. Definitely worth it if the bed was better.

Bathroom was good, but you have to get into the shower to turn it on, so that stinks. Also, the bed wasnt comfortable at all. We had no view, see pic below.
