When the entered the room the first thing we saw was the transition from tile to carpet. The carpet was dirty and shredded and tack strip exposed..The chair in the corner was dirty and torn. We had 2 queen beds each had 2 pillows that were about 20"each. There was a desk, but no mirror so make up had to be done in the bathroom with no place to put products. The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned all the way to the corners. The bathtub had a messy patch. and the bath towels were very thin and about the size we had in high school gym class, but they were clean. We had out Service dog with us and were told there was a $20 cash only deposit for the Service dog. However when we returned the TV remote control for the refund of the $30 deposit, the manager said the dog charge was waived. The side door has 3 steps and no hand rail to help mobility challenged people. There was no coffee pot in the room. They promoted free self serve laundry, but the washing machines had "out of service" signs. The mini fridge was iced over.The maid came as we were leaving for the day, she asked if we needed service and towels, we said yes, thank you. When we returned we did have fresh towels, but trash was not removed and the beds were not tidied.

The staff was kind and helpful and attentive. The hotel needs an update, the curtains in our room were ripped, our faucet in the shower dropped a steady stream of water. And there was a funky smell.

The front desk staff was great! Very sweet and pleasant. However, the property wasn’t the greatest and our room was dirty. We pulled out the couch to turn into a bed and the mattress was stained yellow and had dried blood spots on it. Immediately rolled it back up. Breakfast is cereal and fruit only.

It wasn't what it was perceived to be from the website the price wasn't the same the condition of the hotel was medium even though it was being renovated at least it was by Walmart and buy a lot of attractions and things to see for the price the breakfast could have been a lot better than what they served but I had my service dog with me and they treated him with a lot of respect and that means a lot to me so I have to say it was a pretty good stay

The price point was (for me) the best part of the stay. This hotel did not offer smoking rooms (this information was NOT noted on the website). The furniture was discolored. There was a window (in my room) that had a hole in it, but was sealed with clear duct tape. There was a rancid smell coming from the a/c unit. there was a used paper towel BEHIND the night stand and there was a partially eaten honey bun in one of the drawers. There was a musty, mild dew-ish odor throughout the facility. There were broken/chipped concrete tile in the halls. There were heavily stained ceiling tiles (as you'd see due to some sort or leak). The breakfast offered consisted of (molded) muffins and (stale, almost rock hard) prepackaged cereal bars. I understand that we often-times get what we pay for. this was indeed one of those experiences. i would NOT recommend this site for anything other than an ABSOLUTE last result!
