"Холодно емоційно і фізично"

It is close to the Palace. That's it.

Це не 5* готель. В готелі не працює кондиціонер. Було холодно, мені замінили кімнату на меньшу і без ТВ, тільки тому, що там було тепліше. Я спала в шапці і теплих брюках. Обігрівач, який видали грів погано. На першому поверсі вдень дуже чутно автівки з вулиці, вікна старі (так це історична цінність). Чайника не має, 7 видів чаїв і не має чайника в 5* готелі, нонсенс, потрібно було по 3 рази чвіркати воду з кавоварки. Міні бару не має! В туалеті було дуже холодно, так як він в інший стороні від кімнати, яка підігрівалася обігрівачем. Я приїхала на 1,5 години раніше, мене ніхто не зустрів, зайшла до саду, всі були дуже зайняти іншими клієнтами, коли я підйшла до ресепшн, працівник зверхньо мені ківнув мовляв зачейте, ніхто не запропонував присісти, я постояла і пішла сіла сама...Далі було цікавіше, мені сказали, що я зарано і я знала це, тому я сподівалась на опис 2-х ресторанів на букінгу. Але мені не запропонували почекати в ресторані, щось замовити, я просто пішла гуляти по місту....авжеж я так і не сходила в ресторан...Коли мені оформлювали check-in, працівник запропонував оставити 200 евро залогу, але я ретельно читаю умови перед з'їздом і цього не було вказано в "policies", що я і сказала, тому працівник мені сказав мовляв в такому разі, якщо будете користуватись спа і інш. , то ви повинні оставити депозит. Тобто виходить, мені ставили ультіматув, мовляв, або 200 евро, або не йдешь в спа....це було жахливо...Якби у вас було сказано про депозит, я б не бронювала цей готель. За 274 евро, що я заплатила за ніч і спала в шапці зі споплюженим настроєм - це було занадто!

La gentillesse du personnel , l'hôtel est magnifique les chambres sont superbes. La salle de petit déjeuner est exceptionnelle et le petit déjeuner et très diversifié
