Arrow Hotel

Very nice and stylish hotel. I like the idea of a self service terminal for checking in late or check out early, but it was not working as supposed to be. Due to the friendly night watch we were able to call everything went well. We can highly recommend this place even if we only spend a few hours in the hotel

The hotel is not a big one. However we were immediately attracted by its nicely designed garden in front of the entrance. Check-in was smooth and warm too. The layout of the unit was similar to that of a mid-sized apartment and included a full kitchen; everything was also clean and well-maintained. We would've liked to stay there longer had we known of its quality beforehand.

Very nice apartment. We were just staying for an early flight but wish we could have stayed longer The only thing we didnt like was the separate toilet which had no sink.

Bon hotel et bien isolé phoniquement. A 25 min de bale par le train.

Non potevamo ottenere la Basel Card in quanto ci trovavamo in Francia (un solo km) dalla città.

Tolles, neues und großes Zimmer, eher eine Ferienwohnung mit vollständiger Küche. Für Familien optimal. Werden wir sicher für den nächsten Besuch im Dreiländereck rund um Basel wieder wählen.

Very friendly staff. Hotel and neighborhood were quiet. Comfortable room/bed/bathroom. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
