"Excellente nuit"

Première expérience avec nos 4 enfants en appart hôtel. Agréablement surpris par l'espace et les services. Nous avons également pu emmener sans difficulté notre labrador. Très bon accueil, très propre et décoration de bon goût.

Excellent accueil, amabilité et bon conseils, chambre stylée street art, parking a l entrée. Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix, au calme mais à 10mn de Basel Airport parfait!

Had a slight issue with the room door and staff were happy to accommodate a room move as needed. Shower water would pool and leak out into the bathroom in both rooms booked. Apparently it was a known plumbing issue for the new owners but unfortunately wasn't fixed during the stay. Good location and price to Switzerland if you have a car. Cute decor, clean rooms. Complimentary chocolate croissants on arrival is the best!

The reception is not open 24h, you Can enter the hotel in all 24h, But the staff leaves at 21, and then i dont know how we should have checked in if we arrived just 30 minutes later.. (arrived 20:40) The location of the hotel i found quite odd, and the interior design was a bit weird with reception and breakfast in the same room. But then again it is a quite small hotel with only 20 roomie in total. We where a bit dissapointed with the breakfast as there wasn’t many options as described..

Télé compliquée ,frigo ne fonctionne pas ,produit douche vide,coffre ne fonctionne pas .Personnel pas très investi .Petit déjeuner qualité très moyenne .Pas de protection matelas et taie d'oreiller ,ça va mal vieillir tout cela .
