The Vurpillat Beachfront Hotel

Beachfront location is unbeatable. Just steps from the pier and shops and eateries. Check in was very easy and parking was simple with the parking permit that the property provided. Room was very clean and cozy.

Jay the owner was quick to get our boys set up in their rooms once we arrived. We got the 2 bedroom large suite for our boys. It faced the ocean. They both loved it. The room was clean and spacious. One unexpected perk was getting a parking pass to park on the street. The only downer for them was that they were not able to meet the resident cat, Gilligan. We will stay here again when back in Cali

Beachfront location in a charming boutique hotel. The staff is warm and friendly. Even helped me carry my luggage up the stair's. I will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing little place! Stayed here with my boyfriend for one night before flying out of LAX. Rooms are cute. Great views and right next to a cute walkable strip. Staff were very kind and found me to make sure everything was right with parking. Owner was on call when I needed him early in the morning. Absolute five stars!! Would stay again!

Quirky accommodations in a fantastic location. Historic building that’s under continuing renovation/improvement. Room was super clean, check in and access processes are unique- if you’re comfortable with atypical accommodations this is a great value.
