The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, he was very helpful.

The hotel said a swimming pool, and free breakfast online… that was not correct, and we were highly disappointed about that. Also, even though I spray the beds/pillows before resting… something bit me while asleep. I woke with a large welt on my leg.

The lady that checked us in the first day or our reservation at the front desk was the only nice person out of the who staff in the whole establishment she definitely was very courteous but I didn't get her name I would definitely leave a comment about her she definitely deserves a raise

How after staying there for 2 days the second night we could not turn the volume up on the TV to where we could hear the show we were watching without whoever was staying next to us complaining my service animal couldn't even walk through my room without the front desk calling or the maintenance guy knocking on my door complaining about moving furniture another calling and complaining they got to complaint that we're moving furniture or slamming things chairs the only one that was in there that moved was the bed whatever that metal thing that they had holding the bed up underneath underneath the metal frame every time you sat down it made a loud noise everything you rolled over or got out of the bed it would make a noise really loud if we walked they complained that somebody was up there stomping two days we stayed and there was no problems no complaints known nothing was wrong at all as soon as the next front desk lady plugged in and we had a somebody new check in next to us like everything was the same we didn't change nothing I have a service animal that walks around and protects everywhere I Go he jumps up and down like jumped onto the bed we got a noise complaint we opened up our our room door to go enter or exit take him out to use the bathroom as soon as we open it by time we got done as soon as we got all the elevator or down the stairs they were waiting for us to say that they got another complaint that we were being loud they even called the enforcement on us the police and said that we were they had a noise noise a complaint about disturbance or something I don't even know I flashed the toilet they can the people don't blame I got to complaint the lady I think just didn't like the fact that we had animal in her house but I have to have my service animal with me at all times and she also didn't like me because I'm married to a woman.

The floor in the room were sticky. I’m hoping because of too much cleaner.

I didn’t have hot water at 1st. It smelled bad in the lobby.
