The bed makes a lot of noise when you move around in it.

The cleanliness of the property which is much better than it was my first time ever staying there at the hotel. The current Gm def got the property together in that aspect

The lack of accountability for mistakes from the front desk guy, the fact that they refused to allow me to use my BUSINESS ACCOUNT to pay as it was a business stay. I have never had this issue previously, even with this hotel. They are going to turn away a lot of customers doing this, most credit card companies are not BRICK AND MORTAR BUILDINGS! The guy at the front desk upon check in even after I told him I was not using Chime, but my Business Credit card, he went in to tell me and he did “let me search up that bank” and see cause this sign on the wall says no prepaid, and as I said it’s a business credit card not prepaid, no difference than having to transfer funds from one account to my USAA account (which is a personal bank), and then went on to tell me about fees and some more things. From that experience I was turned off abut still stayed. To force me to use my personal bank account and REFUSE to take my business credit card is unacceptable. I dealt with a disrespectful housekeeper whom I asked to let me in my room my key was messing up, she refused when I clearly could have proven who I was and so could she. Just highly rude! The only nice ones there was the housekeeper there when I was checking out, the young lady who does overnight with the loc in her hair, Ashanti, and Michael. Highly nice, kind to everyone, they care. Will is not rude just do a bit much more than needed which in turn makes customers uncomfortable. I was going to extend but decided to check out instead due to lack of accountability for mistakes on the hotel end, discomfort, and my lack of trust for the property due to a chance in my price and then the attempt to charge my card after hanging up with me one morning and he never said anything about no charges on the phone, and then the Taxes being charged went from 4.33 to $10.00 for one night. It’s a lot and I pray they get it together.
