Stayed for one night as a family of 5 after disneyland. Was concerned about the negative reviews; there was no need to be. Friendly helpful staff, fabulous comfy family apartment. When we had checked out we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi and someone ran down to give us a wallet that we had left in the room, they saved the day. Cant understood the negative reviews? Would stay again and would recommend

"Over rated"

Bathroom was poorly made. No cubicle just a shower curtain so the whole bathroom floods after showing and with a family of 4 you can imagine what we went through. There was also a fire alarm that goes off frequently and it was very annoying. On the whole the place did not meet my expectations
