UH Suite Seoul Square

Loved everything! Our favorite hotel of the entire trip! They upgraded our room which was amazing! And the location is so, so convenient! Everywhere was walkable, 7 -11 was right down stairs and the staff was SUPER nice. If I had known better, I would have booked with them again when we went back to Seoul. It is pricy but it’s clean and they do clean every day, which I appreciated SO much!

Tv not working properly. Toilet bowl stuck. Bbq smoke permeates into the room. Water drainage sound from room above

good location and close 3 minutes walk to City Hall Subway. different types of restaurants downstairs. modern, stylish and cozy hotel. one point is that the hot water system is not working properly; water is not hot enough and weak, which make shower in winter (-10C) is not enjoyable at all. room is with spa but we can't use it at all due to the weak water system

Perfect for a romantic weekend! The highlight is obviously the in-room tub, but the facilities did exceed our expectations in terms of both space and quality. We were upgraded to a 4-person room, and the room size and amenities provided were such that we comfortably have spent way, way longer here. Service was also exemplary. My wife and I very much look forward to returning here or to another location, and would very much recommend this hotel.

While a minor issue, be aware that the tub does take some time to completely fill up--you'd do well to get the water started, then find something enjoyable to do for the next little while.

Location was great - lots of things in walking distance. Also very close walk to a subway station, so easy to get further afield as well. Room was clean, tidy and well kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were visiting during some protests and they always informed us of any disruption to local public transport or advised times when there would be protests directly on the main street outside. They also helped us book a taxi to the airport all via Whatsapp - so super easy and convenient.

Slightly smaller room than expected. Also we found a lot of noise in the evening outside of people at bars etc was a bit too loud but we were staying with young children. There was also some loud noise from the above floor draining their spa bath late at night (11:30pm), even though this was clearly prohibited.

UH Suite Seoul Square is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores (7/11, Olive Young, GS25), making it easy to find almost everything we needed. All of these amenities are just a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance, offering plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was perfect for a family of four, featuring two spacious beds, a well-equipped kitchen with proper utensils, a dining area, and both heating and air conditioning. The property also provided fresh towels daily and free laundry service when needed. While the laundry service didn’t include ironing, it wasn’t an issue for us—we were in holiday mode and didn’t need everything to be perfectly tidy! The property also offered excellent Wi-Fi, which made it easy to research our destinations and plan our daily activities.

While it has 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom’s sink and drainage clogged a few times during our stay.

The units are really cute and staff are great!

The hearing was hard to figure out and same with the TV

- staff were responsive, efficient from the moment we booked, which gave us reassurance. - they were so helpful and accommodating. Assisted us with laundry which made a world of difference for our family of 4 in the premium suite - My family loved the ambience it provided from day to night. Wonderful natural night, and loads of light to create a relaxing atmosphere. - we were welcomed with biscuits, tea, classical jazz. - easy communication via Whatsapp - plenty of kbbq, all sorts of restaurants and convenient store options simply downstairs. - a short walk to City Hall station. - would recommend this place, especially for family.
