UH Suite Seoul Square

The staff are helpful to try solving the problem

We booked the spa room with 2double beds. Yet, we need to kill the pest(?) the mosquito(?), anyway, i need to stay with the insects whole night and the hotel even could not change the room for us due to full booking! The whole hotel only 1staff on duty to handle all the stuffs at night. Not responsive neither. Plus and none any compensation but only persuade us to accept. Second, the sensor of the entrance is so sensitive which made the light always turned on during mid night which was so annoyance. Last but not least, the house cleaning only served for once per 4days, other than that, no one assist in throwing the rubbish and tidy up the bed.

本來很期待這次的住宿，但check in 後完全失望，很有改進空間，不過應不會再入住！ （1）沒有lobby，check in 找不到人員，還要自己打電話 （2）房間一打開門霉味太重 （3）洗手間的洗臉盆與淋浴間排水系統極差 （4）泡水浴缸位置房設置在房間容易使房間潮濕，四個人的行李箱放置空間小 （5）房間打掃不確實，只有整理鋪床舖，地毯都沒有吸

Great little area to stay. Close to city hall subway station. Has lots of restaurants downstairs. Family suite had enough space for 4 of us, staying with 2 kids.

Missed a coffee machine

Superb location, few steps away from Olive Young and City Hall station. Varieties of food downstairs on the same street!

The tub was a great find and the location of the hotel was great (close to train station). The room looked great in pictures as well.

Cleanliness wasn't one of their strengths. Bedsheets were not changed on arrival (had to wait 2 days to get the new ones), and general cleaning only happened once in our 5 day stay, where floors were not vacuumed with the exception of that general cleaning day.

Central location in Seoul with lots attractions within walking distance. Very helpful staff who can be contacted on WhatsApp.

Perfect location and have loads of good restaurants around. However, a bit concerned about security as front door wasn’t locked with staircase being assessable by anybody. Furthermore was a bit disappointed about the room was not cleaned every day and of the three nights we spent here, had to have rubbish with us for a night. Otherwise, really like this suite
