"Met our expectations!"

Excellent location, just a short walk to city hall subway station and Namdaemun market. Lots of eating options just a stone throw away.

Minimal traditional hotel facilities but this works well if you’re out and about for most of the day. We had the terrace spa room which allowed a bit of indulgence at the end of a big day.

Great location. Nice spacious rooms, new and clean. Tasty welcome tea. Convenient for a family trip.

Service! Ridiculous cleaning until 2pm only. If you woke up late they won't clean your room and just drop fresh towels outside. This is unacceptable for 4-5* property with their price tag. Ventilation system so-so. When there's a Jacuzzi in the room, you need to have a better one. My leather bag was a victim of bad ventilation. It's bloated overnight. All this considering we kept air-cond on. Also needed to chase them for instructions for late self check-in. I feel that it should be other way around.
