Mi experiencia fue extremadamente negativa y frustrante. El alojamiento canceló mi estancia alegando que no me había presentado, cuando en realidad yo ya estaba alojada en la habitación desde hace un día. Durante mi estancia, tuve que enfrentar un problema grave de insalubridad: el baño desprendía un olor insoportable desde el primer momento. Notifiqué el problema al hotel después de dormir la primera noche, que envió a un trabajador para revisarlo. Él mismo confirmó el mal olor y realizó una intervención temporal, indicando que el equipo de mantenimiento debía solucionarlo. Sin embargo, el problema nunca se resolvió. A pesar de estar en contacto directo con el personal y el manager, el hotel comunicó a Booking.com que yo no había hecho el check-in el día anterior, lo cual es completamente falso. Además la entrada a la habitación es con la llave-código, que lo enviaron en el mensaje. Dispongo de mensajes, fotos y pruebas que demuestran que sí estuve alojada. La situación empeoró hasta el punto de que el olor me provocó vómitos, obligándome a acudir al hospital. Ante la falta total de solución, me vi forzada a abandonar el alojamiento y buscar otro hotel de urgencia, con precios mucho más altos debido a la reserva de última hora. El alojamiento inicialmente prometió un reembolso por las noches no utilizadas, pero posteriormente lo negó. Desde entonces, tras más de un mes de reclamaciones, ni el hotel ni Booking.com han asumido responsabilidad, basándose en la afirmación incorrecta de que no estuve alojada. En conclusión, se trata de una gestión irresponsable, falta de transparencia y una experiencia que no solo arruinó mi viaje, sino que también generó gastos imprevistos y afectó a mi salud.

애플티비라 사용시 불편

一開始晚上抵達比較不方便找到入口，白天發現可以從面對停車場左邊店家旁邊小路進去很方便。附近就有超商、機場巴士6011號昌德宮站牌、一些餐廳。自助入住不用受限於時間壓力，一樓可以借放行李，三樓有共用的廚房跟茶水間，毛巾也可以在三樓這邊自取更換

這次住302房，浴室真的很小，要很努力閃身才有辦法關門，洗澡空間相對克難，有點不太方便。另外一樓的出入口處是沒有門禁的，安全上來說較有疑慮，某一天凌晨三四點有個大媽突然在樓內大吼大叫的找人，還來狂敲我的房門，發現我不是他要找的人之後，繼續在大樓內喊那個人的名字。誠心建議一樓的出入口要設置門禁(密碼)。隔音上些微差了一些，不過半夜其實住戶們不太走動，因此影響不大

The room is small but I already knew about it and the self check in is very easy. The location is good and there are buses and metro around.

Quiet location and once I figured out where everything was it was very easy and convenient.

Nothing, I don't mind being self-sufficient and everything was easy to figure out. I didn't realize the bathroom was going to be down the hall but it wasn't a big deal and still felt private.

電気ポットがなくいちいち3階まで行かないといけなかったこと、さらに温水が途中からでなくなりポットで沸かさないといけなかった。とても不便だった。　タオルもトイレっとペーパーも3階にいかないといけなかった。　TVはたまたまネットフリックスに加入していたので見ることはできたが、問合せないと記載されていなかった　 小さな虫もいて　嫌だった
