Nice location, clean, organized. My room was more than enough for one person. Everything went smoothly.

All the hotel basics (beds, desk, bathroom, mirror - all clean) and convenience (free washing machine, kitchen with coffee, hot & cold water/ice cube dispenser...). Also had no issue getting packages delivered in front of my door. Two subway stations (3 lines) close enough and walkable distance to Gyeongbokgung / Gwanghwamun, Jongmyo and Changdeokgung. Plenty of convenience stores and cafés nearby. The rooms look a little bare and outdated on the photos, but they were perfectly fine when inside. The area is noisy (Jongno 3-ga), but

There was no hot water in the room on the first night, but I texted the hotel the next morning and it was fixed when I came back in the evening.

the location was good. there was a washing machine and the bed was huge enough.

Didn’t look like the pictures, I’ve had a room that was basically a storage room before, no actual window and an exit sign that was just covered up. My toilet was also outside of my room, which I didn’t expect and it was very inconvenient.

La localisation était parfaite, situé entre Insa-Dong et Ikseon-Dong, proche des stations de métro, c’est pour cela que je l’ai choisi.

La propreté laissait énormément à désirer. Le Check-in était censé être à 15h, à mon retour à 16h la chambre n’était pas encore prête. Une petite dame âgée seule faisait toutes les chambres et s’est précipité pour finir et me la donner à mon arrivée. Elle était adorable mais une fois dans la chambre il y avait des cheveux, des ongles d’une autre personne (cela m’a absolument dégoûtée). De l’eau s’écoulait du sol également et je ne pouvais pas me déplacer dans la chambre sans que ce ne soit mouillé partout.

Nothing good to say. Glorified prison cell for a room. No one checks you in so no none to speak to. Broken shower head. Developed some strange bites after staying here.

Everything, there are at least a half dozen better places to stay in the area for the same money.

La cuisine la buanderie l autonomie mais surtout l emplacement est idéal Hyper réactifs des qu on envoie un message peut importe l'heure ca répond dans les 5mn

Que personne ne fasse le ménage et que ce soit à nous de nous débrouiller ..... un petit coup au sol 1 ou 2 fois en 10 jour aurait été apprécié Salle de bain exiguë mais on s'y fait!
