よくない点はありませんが、空港から近く便利な分観光に出るには場所が不便だなと思いました。

Room, design of hotel, it's a mall

Everything would have gone perfectly, if not for your receptionist who insisted foaming at the mouth, that we had another tower booked( Forest tower) even I did book Ocean for two days. You are a 5 star hotel, you are a technologically advanced country and all reservation should be displayed. Given this incident I request that you hold separate discussions with the reception staff to ensure they are more qualified and customer -focused. Thank you for your understanding.

櫃檯沒有說明清楚用餐時間以及泳池使用時間規則等等...在用餐時間內抵達卻不給吃！最後要求加16000韓幣才能吃下一場！爛透～飯店裡面的餐廳食物也超難吃～各位去仁川還是選P開頭那間住～～～慎選啊啊啊啊
