밥은 전반적으로 맛있음 룸서비스 직원 친절합니다. 키즈카페 직원분들도 친절합니다. 로비에서 수영장, 식당 등 이동 동선 좋음.

화장실이 제대로 청소 안되어 재요청함. 엘레베이터 멀고 한대인점 불편했음. 그나마 가까운데 배정이라고 했으나 엘레베이터는 1호 근처 방은 한참 먼데였네요. 건물 내부 전체적으로 너무 추워 현재 감기 걸림. 헬스장에 사우나 이용 요청 했으나 사우나는 없다고 함. 수영장 쪽 가보니 사우나실이 있어 직원에게 말하니 그곳은 사우나가 아니라 체온유지실?이고 수영해야만 쓸수 있다고 함. 귀찮은 듯한 안내 아쉬움.

Super clean. Great staff.

It’s too hot. They don’t turn on the AC in a lot of different areas. Felt like a sauna 50% of the time.
