the location and the host. Would like to thank our host for trying her best to make our stay a bit better.

Cleaning was not great, but I think we were a bit unlucky with our booking, also, the first room we got was not the one we were supposed to stay, but the host was very nice and changed us right away. It was noisy, but I guess being in the city center has this counter. the facilities were very bad, the laundy room and the kitchen. other than that we did have a good stay but im not sure i would come back.

Perfect location. Free self-service laundry including washing powder included. Free toasts and jam provided for breakfast. Newly renovated toilet and shower.

Address was changed as the apartment booked online was unavailable. I didnt have wifi for half of my stay and water started leaking before I left.

For breakfast you could make toast, which is not enough for a full breakfast, but better than nothing. The condition of the room is excellent, everything was clean.Unexpectedly, Namsan was visible from the window, which made me very happy.

Be prepared for the room to be chilly (especially if you are not used to a traditional Korean home). The kitchen was quite dirty. I didn't want to cook in the kitchen, but if necessary, it can be done.

Easy to use, Owner is friendly. All communications via SMS, Door password, room password, etc., Many restaurants are nearby, and a 24/7 CU Convenience store is opposite the building. 24/7 hot water and elevator (expected, but thought worth mentioning)

The rooms are really cheap and value for money, but if you plan to stay for a long time, they're not for that, especially the one-room options. The wallpaper of the ceiling in the room I stayed in was literally half peeled off and hanging. One-person rooms are very cramped. Couldn't even comfortably open the bathroom door to enter. Air conditioner was so bad. The room was too hot, even with the air conditioner at maximum.

the room was cramp and expensive for what they provide. the towel were face towels and not body towels and was air dried. it doesn't kill the germs from the previous occupants and therefore unhygienic. the bed was sunken, maybe overused. the sheets were rough and full of lint. it was terrible.

it's location

The place is clean and convenient, localisation is excellent, the room has a quiet AC and good bed, no noise from outside. There is a common space to store luggages, you can do your laundry for free, the place is well maintained.

Nothing really, the room is very small but that doesn't bothered me at all, can be a problem if you're 2 and not organized.

To be honest, the room is a bit small and it gets slightly inconvenient to open the luggage and stuff. But the excellent location makes up for it completely. I would totally stay here again.

Space for clothes/luggage. It would be nice to have some kind of store box for clothes or something that can be stowed under the bed or some other arrangement.
