King's Garden Hotel

Location was good. 20 minutes to Seoul station by taxi.

Room was very tiny. It's too small for two people. Very dirty sheets and pillows everywhere hair. it was dusty and there was no cleaning.

The place was too small for comfort, no walking space. "Breakfast" provided was a loaf of bread and jam.

Beautiful location. Cozy and clean small appartment which all the basic things inside. Host is kind and responsive.

What advertised as breakfast is in fact just toasts you can prepare yourself.

The tv set on the wall didn't work. What a shame! I did report manager. The quilt was nothing but a rubbish.i was very unhappy.

The hotel has a great location. Comfortable desk if you need to work on your laptop. It is good that there is a desk lamp and a window - there is enough light in the room

The hotel is very dirty outside the room. I found a cigarette butt on the floor in the room and wrote about it in the booking chat but no one answered me. They don't change towels or linens. No cleaning. Good that the room is small and I just wiped the whole room with antiseptic wipes.

I made a reservation because breakfast was included, but when I went to the kitchen, there was no milk and the bread was past its expiration date. I went to a nearby cafe and had a meal. I felt cheated. There's no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. There's no place to take a shower. There is a line of shower attached to the bathroom sink, but the distance from the toilet was too narrow to take a shower, so I couldn't even take a shower. The bedding was also not cleaned, so when I rolled up the blanket, the mat was messy and uncomfortable. There was no bottle of water in the refrigerator. There was an empty refrigerator. It wasn't even clean. I couldn't watch TV because the TV didn't come out, and I couldn't sleep properly because it was noisy outside even after midnight. I've traveled a lot and used the accommodation, but I think it was the worst accommodation. This trip was very tiring because of the accommodation and I felt all right. I don't know and think it's an accommodation that I can't use without knowing. I don't recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic location near Jongno-3 station. 3 stops from Seoul station and the airport express train! Next to Insa-dong, old Korean homes converted to nice restaurants and boutiques. Also near Gyeongbokgung palace. 5 minutes walk to station, one stop from Gwangjang market. Safe area. Host is communicative, but one needs to be persistant and call if urgent. I have stayed here 4 times, and will book again!
