"Amazing location on Seoul. Good place to stay for 2-6 nights."

Amazing location!! Cozy and convenient. Nice area for luggage. Nice kitchen.

Dead mosquitoes were found on the walls. Mosquitoes got into the room even with window closed.

"Perfect location in Seoul. Very central. Mins away from palaces and the subway."

It had been sent via email. No key but a passcode into the building and key code for the room which you changed as per the video Jay also sent me.

No proper shower area. The room area was a little tight for a double bed.

It is located in walking distance of many cafes and a palace. Also there's literally a CU store in front of the place, so there's that.

The room was so small. The bathroom was so small. There's literally no place to open up your luggage on the floor. Not what I'm imagining for a 'whole apartment'. Also something that I missed but the check-in time is at 5pm.

"Economical and could be very comfortable."

6.0

Location was excellent for bars and cafes and main palaces are walking distance away. The airport bus line was also close by. Room has air conditioning which was efficient. Beds were clean- a little hard for my taste but still slept well. Bathroom was spacious enough and water was hot. Bathroom was clean. I was travelling with friends and we had connecting rooms with an extra outer door which could also be locked. The cost of the room was very competitive and so if on a budget- this could be a good option (if they attend to the things below). Communication with the hotel was quite good and someone did answer the phone quickly when we had an issue changing the code.

The rooms were cramped. It seemed that in order to cater for double rooms an extra bed was put in. Whilst this was good of them; the room design did not allow for space. I would recommend a double bed instead of two king singles for double rooms. The issue was that there was nowhere to boil the kettle as the power point in one room was up near the roof, under the wardrobe hanging space or near the floor next to the bed. There was a desk in one room which served as a place for the kettle. I think the second room was really a single and they had removed the desk into the corridor in put in an extra bed. This was also thoughtful but did make the room less spacious and cramped. This is a design issue. The door to one of the bathrooms barely opened (about 35cms opening) which meant that if you were somewhat larger you could not get into the bathroom. The entry to the premises was fine with the code; however, I had read somewhere that there was someone on duty during the day. The front desk area was a storage area as was the dining area. The kitchen was so bad that we did not venture into it- the smell of rotting food (which remained in the sink during the four days there was quite overpowering). The fridge also stank and the freezer had remnants of something having been spilled. I would recommend that they ensure that the kitchen area is cleaned at least every two days. The rooms had kettles but no cups or glasses. The TV had not been tuned. I also found in my room (on the inner windowsill an empty can of beer - presumably left by the last occupant and not cleaned out for the new one). I think the cleaning of the apartment needs to be reviewed. Towels were supplied which was good- but beware they are 'Korean style' which for a westerner means 'large hand towel'. The video on how to enter the room and change the code did not reflect the actual door. I would recommend that someone video the actual door system.
