Hotel Marinabay Korea (Ara)

The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. She called a taxi for us to the domestic airport.

The hotel lobby was so crowded with international tourists groups. The whole atmosphere was so hectic and noisy. After a long flight, you wouldn’t expect to experience when checking in. The shuttle bus to airport is very limited. This information should be transparent. I have to get a taxi ride to and from airports and hotel. The taxi driver asked for double fare from airport to hotel.

The room size was great!

The furniture needed to be cleaned along with the floors and the walls needed to be painted. Also, the hotel should either supply swim caps or the store should sell them. I paid for pool use and was unable to use the pool due needing a swim cap and the hotel not having/selling them.

Cleanliness, friendly & helpful English speaking staff, shuttle to Gimpo airport

Distance from Shops. One chicken shop was there just across the bus parking area but everything else was far away

CLOSE TO AIRPORT

I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THERE WAS A SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT AS WE NEEDED TO LEAVE AT4:30-5:00AM. They answered yes but there wasn't! Front desk wasn't manned at that time and I was stuck by the parking elevator thinking it was the general elevator and couldn't go down and no one answered phone!!! This is definitely not a good business hotel

Good location. Beautiful views. Excellent convenience store personnel on first floor - truly exceptional human beings.

Check out was a disaster, with clerk tied up for more than 90 minutes, to include 30 minutes talking with manager while customers were waiting. This was specifically the ARA desk. There wasn't coffee powder in the room and the tv didn't work.
