Hotel Marinabay Korea (Ara)

엘베에서 보니 가격이 너무싸게 되어있어서 같은방인데 저는 할인받고 포인트를 써도 안내하는 가격보다 비싸게 예약하고 갔네요. 입구에서부터 뭐지싶었어요.

관광객이 많아서 그런지 체크인하려고 줄서고 제차례에 앞으로가니 저더러 왜그러시냐고 하데요. 당근 체크인 아닌가요. .체크아웃 할때도 한분이 정신이 없이 카드키를 돌려주는데도 눈길한번 없고 인사한번 안하더라구요. 호텔가봣어도 이런 서비스 첨이라 . .교육이 필요할듯요.

Was a nice and comfortable stay. The bathrooms unique and stylish. The bed was just firm enough with aome squishiness for a great night sleep. There is also a 24hr emart located in the lobby, which was a suprise. A shame there is no offer for complementary breakfast with the reservation of their more expensive rooms. Just free pool access. Other than that, everything was great!

The beds were comfortable. Free water every day (if they come in to clean the room). Good water pressure and temperature. Game room and arcade was nice (make sure to have cash or coins). Blackout curtains were very effective. No weird smells. Temperature-controlled pool (towels provided). Convenience store in the lobby. There's a photo booth on-site, and you can rent gaming consoles and other select electronics.

You have to pay for pool access with your reservation, and you only get one pass/day/person. There are 3 timeslots throughout the day that last for about 3ish hours each. There's an indoor pool and a rooftop infinity pool. Choose wisely cause, again, you can only go once a day. There are kiddie pools, but they're underutilized. Don't go expecting to get some laps in, you'll be disappointed. The soundproofing could be better. I could hear the screaming baby next door too clearly. The TV volume doesn't get that loud, even if turned on high. There's also a limit set so you can't go to 100%. Breakfast might've been the most disappointing aspect. You have to pay ahead the day before, which was whatever, but the selection was lackluster. Frozen, not fresh, fruit that was super cold and didn't have much of a taste. The tater tots were dry and stale, like they were reheated after being cooked and refrigerated. The scrambled eggs were warm (unlike most of the other "hot" foods) but bland and dishwatery. The boneless chicken was oily but also somehow still dry. Don't even touch the "juice". As an American, this just didn't match my expectations of a "4 star" hotel. There were too many additional costs that would usually be included. The quality didn't match up to the prestige that was marketed. Also, while the front-desk staff did speak English, other staff did not.

수영장 운영방식이 폭우가 쏟아져도 30분이 지나면 실내로 이동불가. 한번 정하면 그대로 끝! 또한 sns의 수영장과 완전 다름. 인피니티풀이 진짜 작음 진짜 폭이 좁음 사진 찍는 용아니면 수영할 생각이면 절대적으로 아님 조식은 가격대비 타 리조트나 비지니스 호텔에 비해 너무 별로임 먹을거 자체가 없음 차라리 가짓수를 적게 하더라도 음식간의 조화를 맞추면 그나마 나을듯한데…아무래도 한국사람이 운영하는 호텔은 아닌듯 한국사람이 운영하면 저렇게 음식을 구성 할수가 없을듯 객실은 일부러 비싼방을 했는데…베개에서 냄새 올라옴 재방문의사 없음

The hotel is very enticing and clean — it makes a great first impression when you walk in. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Its location is also very convenient, being near the airport and easily accessible to major tourist attractions.

I had difficulty booking breakfast for myself and my husband. When I asked the front desk for assistance, they simply directed me to book online or use the QR code rather than helping resolve the issue. Additionally, the pillows need replacement as they had an unpleasant odor, which affected our comfort during the stay.
