"Teško razočaranje!"

Predivna lokacija uz more, dvorište i bazen, predivan kafic s ljubaznim osobljem, jako ljubazno osoblje (osim sobarica).

Ovo je bio nas četvrti posjet vilama i, bojim se, zadnji jer smo zgroženi srozanom kvalitetom. Budući da smo boravili s jednogodišnjom bebom, pri rezervaciji smo zatražili dječji krevetić sto nam je iz hotela i potvrđeno. Međutim, krevetić nas nije dočekao u sobi pa smo bračni krevet pomaknuli do zida i šokirali se količinom smeća i prašine ispod kreveta. To znaci da sobe nisu generalno očišćene i detinficirane prije sezone. Sobarice ne pozdravljaju goste na hodniku (što je manji problem s njima) i ne rade svoj posao. Uopće ne mijenjaju ručnike, a kad smo inzistirali da nam daju ciste dobili smo tri mala ručnika za lice (bili smo s bebom). Sobe se ne usisavaju, čaše nisu promijenjene nijednom, a čak nam je sobarica izvadila trulo voce iz kante za smeće i vratila na stol. Večera u Punti je također katastrofalno organizirana. Prenatrpan i loše klimatiziran prostor, u redu za hranu čeka se i po 20 minuta, a onda kad dođete na red posude su prazne. Za to vrijeme predivan restoran na plaži u kojem smo dosad imali obroke zjapi prazan. Ne znam tko je o tome odlučivao, ali to je jako loše riješeno. Trebalo bi večeru staviti od 6 ili podijeliti goste u grupe, ovako je katastrofa. Uglavnom, volimo vile i rado smo dolazili tako da smo stvarno jako razočarani. Da stvar bude gora, imali smo “superior” sobu koja nije tome ni blizu, kao ni kategorizaciji od 4*
