Přestože jsme přijeli v období, kdy tento region postihla sněhová kalamita, vše fungovalo dle našeho očekávání. Snídaně byly parádní včetně ochoto personálu. Parkoviště přímo u ubytování, internet funkční. Líbila se nám i lokalita blízko Plitvických jezer.

Le checking d'arrivée !! Catastrophique, le pire que j'ai jamais eu. Le réceptionniste nous dit que notre réservation est dans 1 autre hôtel, beaucoup moins bien de surcrois car ils ont donné notre chambre à des personnes plus importantes. Je suis désolé de ne pas être à la hauteur de votre établissement !! En plus, le gars nous dit ça avec une désinvolture déconcertante et ricane au téléphone. Bref, ça ne se fait pas !! Même si des petits gestes ont été fait la seconde journée, nous restons avec le souvenir d'une mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille cet endroit et n'y reviendrai jamais...

"ideales Hotel für den Besuch der Plitvicer Seen"

Die Lage des Hotels auf der weniger touristischen Seite der Seen ist sehr schön, mitten in der Natur und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind grösstenteils in zusammengebauten "Bungalows" untergebracht, wodurch die ganze Hotelanlage sehr aufgelockert wirkt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte des Hotelrestaurants und genügend abwechslungsreich und die Küche liefert qualitativ gutes Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel verfügt über genügend eigene Parkplätze.

Das Wasser im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse des Bungalows war trüb, entsprechend ungenügend aufbereitet. Die in Holzbauweise erstellten Bungalows sind relativ ringhörig.

The reception staff were so nice and helpful. Carrying our bags to our room for us, sending up milk to the room when asked, and helping when my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. The location also offers a really high quality and peaceful experience, with plenty to do on site so you don’t have to leave once you’re settled in.

All quite small things. The staff in the restaurant unfortunately weren’t as good. We were waiting a long time to get an order taken and then our drinks order was taken incorrectly twice. Also the mini golf course wasn’t very well maintained, and we unfortunately had birds making noises right outside our window all night and morning.
