Personale gentilissimo, attento e disponibile, testato anche su piccoli disguidi, ha saputo aiutarci ed accontentarci nelle nostre richieste. Struttura vicina all'ingresso 3 del parco, utilissimi i suggerimenti per il giro da effettuare all'interno ottimizzando tantissimo i tempi. Camera ben arredata. Colazione top, davvero buona. Siamo stati bene.

Con un minimo di cura ai dettagli, manutenzione ed accortezza in più questa struttura potrebbe eccellere. Gli spazi esterni sembrano decadenti. La pulizia è migliorabile: il balconcino era pieno di ragnatele e c'era polvere sotto ai letti. I LED sul balcone non erano funzionanti e anche alcune funzioni della vasca idromassaggio bloccate. Se c'è una cucina, devono esserci anche gli attrezzi relativi per poterla utilizzare, altrimenti meglio non metterla. I prezzi sono alti ora come ora, ma con alcune migliorie potrebbero essere giustificati. Infine penso che l'accesso all'area wellness debba essere incluso nel prezzo (per lo meno per chi paga una suite!).
