The hotel is located very close to the train station and bus stations, so it’s easy to commute from there. The whole building is modern, the room was very well equipped and spacious, breakfast was rather simple but just typical for South Korean hotels. Many good restaurants are around, too.

The reason why I’m rating it only 7/10 is because during our 4 days stay we didn’t have a chance to see an English speaking employee even though in the description they claim they speak it.

This place has everything I could ever wanted, and then some that I didn't expect. Simple and easy check in and most things are self explanatory. Key card provided for access, spacious room, large queen bed and large bathroom with rain shower and Japanese style toilet. Large desk area, an area to hang your clothes with plenty of space for large baggage. Huge TV, mini fridge with daily water, and computer for use. The room is clean, daily with all consumables replenished daily as part of room service. Air conditioner, black out curtains with sound proof windows. Free laundry and free breakfast included, with tea and water provided in the lobby. I was very happy with this room.

These has minor bearings on my overall stay, but things I did notice. English is minimal. The staff will try their best to communicate in English but will use an app on their phone to assist with communication, which was a great resolution. The washing machine and dryer instructions are in Korean, but staff will happily assist and easy to use thereafter, detergent free also. Air conditioning is accessed by the TV remote. Despite the large bathroom, my room advertised a bathtub but there was none. Also, a shower screen/curtain would have been nice to contain the water from splashing everywhere. All electronics will turn off when the card key is removed, thus if charging something while gone, it's not going to happen. The lights of the LED indicators from the air conditioner and light switches illuminates the room at night. Had to cover up the switches to achieve some darkness. Walls are not that sound proof. Can hear the noise from my neighbours. Again, I would come back should I be back in Gwangju in the future.

The room was very comfortable, everyone I talked to was super helpful, and I really appreciated the help with my laundry.

Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Good breakfast is being served. Personnel is very helpful.

Location. I had not realised that the hotel is close to the train station, but very very far from metro stations and bus terminal. The area is not very attractive, mainly car and mechanic enterprises.

-Spacious and well set up room and bathroom, -very clean, -comfortable bed, -Friendly staff -Access to washing machine ( free) and kitchen facilities if needed -Average breakfast but included in price

-plastic mattress cover on bed was noisy -room bit noisy from trains if windows left open, but very quiet if windows closed.

It was one big surprise…

This place was not what we expected. This hotel is a love hotel. In the room there was a sex catalog provided next to the bed and with the amenities there were condoms. Totally not what we are used too from this hotel chain from our previous experiences in other places. Apparently when you can enter the hotel unseen, there is Netflix and a big game computer is in the room, you need to think twice. We decided to stay as it was late and the room looked clean. We booked for 2 nights, we only stayed 1. At dawn we left because of all the noise… The owner wasn’t friendly.
