Staff very nice, helpful, place easy to find and easy access

매우 만족합니다 역에서 가까운곳 으로 고르느라 검색을 여러 곳 검색했었는데 그 중에서 제일 괜찮아서 브라운도트호텔을 선택하게 되었는데 잘 한 선택이었고 걱정 되는부분이 있었는데 걱정했던게 날아갈 정도로 정말 좋았습니다.

That was a great stay at Brown Dot Hotel Sinan. I would definitely recommend it and would come back if I go to Gwangju again.

The breakfast was a bit light though.

Large room with enough space. The hotel is located at Gwangju's main railway station, but it is not very busy. The hotel is very quiet despite the close proximity of the railway line and the road. Nevertheless, the Asian Culture Center (20 min) or the U-Square Bus Terminal (20 min) can be reached quickly by bus. There is also a bus to Mudeungsan National Park and Juknokwon Bamboo Forest in front of the hotel. It has supermarkets and few restaurant nearby. The staff is friendly and helps in the best possible way despite language barriers. Breakfast is included. The hotel also offers the possibility to do your own laundry for free.

The cleanliness in the laundry room was not so good (hair, laundry lying around, dust, etc...), furthermore there was no dryer. There were only small towels to dry yourself after showering. The shower and toilet are not separated by a curtain or partition, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom is full of water.

The room was good, the tv with Netflix was very nice. Breakfast was simple yet good.

The rooms arent soundproof, we could hear our neighbors.

The personnal was very kind to us. They show us how to put airconditioner, we ask for more towels and also called a taxi for us. The breakfast was good, with a various stuff to eat. The room was clean. Buses are near and train station near too.

Only the area around the station feel unsafe but nothing happend when we went out.
