We appreciated the clean, modern and sleek feel of the unit. The space felt bigger than it was with all the essential amenities—washer, toiletries, kitchenette, water, coffee capsules, plenty of towels and crisp linens. We would most definitely stay again. The customer service was excellent and the reps were professional. It’s mostly a staff-free building but we did not feel uncomfortable. This is probably one of the best hotel residences we have stayed at, both in Korea and in the U.S. highly recommend!

The location is just slightly far from the subway station. Totally fine for everyday walking and commuting but if you’re traveling with heavy bags, better to take a cab to the building for your first time. There are a lot foreign guests which is fine as long as the everyone abides by the hotel rules, especially concerning trash disposal. South Korea has high standards and strict policies about separating trash/recyclable items and composting. The hotel has instructions in plain English for guests and yet the confusion and refusal to cooperate continues, creating discomfort for other guests.

편리한 체크인과 깔끔한 소통, 빠른 컨시어지 전달까지 만족하는 가족여행이였습니다. 아쉬운 점은 주차요금이 할인이었다는 점입니다.. 2박 3일에 5만원정도 나왔네요~~

Check in assistance was confusing relying international travellers to have a Korean phone number. Breakfast was lame, very slim and very cold. Bed was nice Room was sufficent Hallways and lobby were hot and sticky No clear signage and help present at the property

Needed a place to stay near SNUE and this was perfect. Also within 5~10 minute walk to subway. Room looks new and is very clean. Contactless check-in was great and I also liked that they provide luggage storage that you can use whether arriving before check-in time or need to store luggage after check-out. Was kind of difficult to find when I first got there, despite using Naver Map, but once I did find it, no issues.

we enjoyed a lot of the breakfast. I wish we could spend more time there.
