Le Collective Gangnam SAC Roium

The property itself is very clean and compact. Despite its size, it gives off a very luxury vibe. The check in process was seamless and very quick requiring no interaction with any staff on site. The location was also a very convenient being within an 10 minute walk of two train stations!

The sleeper couch in the living room is a little bit small so if you’re over 170 cm you might be a little uncomfortable. Also, there is not a separate set of linens in the apartment so you may need to ask the staff if you plan on having one person sleep on the couch. Finally, be prepared for the likelihood that your window is facing a wall!

Overall is great but just not convenient with the cleaning service system here.

I really liked the design how clean the room was and all of the modern appliances and features it had. It was very comfortable to stay in. The mobile front desk was also very fast to respond and help me with refill of any amenities needed. The location is removed enough to not have much noise at night but still close enough of a walk to city bus stops, subway lines, and the airport bus line. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was that the bedroom part can get a little warm, and the AC unit over the bed was a little too loud for me to leave on at night.

The room is spacious with all facilities provide. Value for money and we had a pleasant stay here.

Nearby area is underconstruction so you might hear some noise in the morning due to a construction.

Great experience but for long stay I recommend floor cleaning equipment to be provided.

Very good use of space. Storage in bedrooms. Very comfortable. Easy access. Lots of restaurant options a short walk away. Short walk to metro and bus stops. Great toilet!

Would have benefited from dish cloth/scrubber and dish towel. Some kitchen basics like salt and pepper would be nice. A proper bed in the second bedroom rather than a futon-like mattress on the floor would be ideal. Sometimes a wait for elevators (odd programming logic with the elevator system).
