They upgraded my room to a one bedroom from an efficiency because someone didn’t wanna check out yet! The property is in a nice area and close to the beach. Also, they have a very relaxing heated pool

Only person on property was cleaning crew who did not speak English. Could not ask questions re grocery shopping restaurant etc. Biggest issue was No ice at all available on property. Even a $1.00 ice cube tray would have been helpful.

Vicky is the best! Very hospitable dwellings and quiet. The beaches are clean, safe and very family oriented lodgings. I would not stay there with kids if they are not well behaved because the units are close to each other and it would not be fare to the other occupants. Great place!

It was great!

The property manager sent a text with all instructions and even let us know the room was ready early. She was fabulous! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Pool is so warm you hate to get out. Room has everything for the beach. What a great little place.

The building was older and a little weathered, but very clean! Enclosed front with a sparkling pool. Room was spotless with a comfortable bed! There were longer-term residence. There, who were so kind and accommodating. The property manager, Vicki, actually showed up personally, to make sure that we were checked in and didn’t have any problems. The property came with use of quite a few mountain bikes, which we used, as transportation to restaurants, bars, and the beach! This property sits one block from a beautiful white sandy beach! We loved the area and would not hesitate to book there again!

For me customer service and atmosphere trumps all- and this place is like a little home away from home.

Had someone walk into our room at 1:30 in the morning during our first night. Property manager Vicki did not believe that this happened and then told us it was because we didnt lock our door. We heard someone put our code in and the lock on the door open. This not only happened to us but happened to another couple while we were there. Vicki did get the lock code changed but refused to give us any sort of reimbursement for our MASSIVE inconvenience. Would not stay here again and neither should you if you dont want random people walking into your room in the middle of the night.

This stay wasn’t what we had hoped. The room was cute, clean and what we expected in amenities and was close to the beach - those are the positives. There should have been a disclaimer for the way the property is arranged. The pool was right outside the door so it was noisy first thing in the morning. The room next door had a patio table and chairs which blocked our door when they sat there and you could hear every word of their conversation. People going to the laundry room would stop and talk right by our bedroom windows. There are no pets allowed and yet there were dogs there that barked every morning. In other words, it was neither quiet nor private at all.
